There is nothing quite like their love of food, wine, conversation and chaos. Anglo-saxons are so reserved in comparison. This book looks gorgeous and I would love to win it but if the postage to New Zealand is a problem (given I was lucky enough to win it), then pass it on to the next person. I ended up adding more liquid that what was called for and cooking it a bit longer than the 30 minutes cook time. I might have needed each liquid addition to soak up more into the rice before adding the next liquid addition.
